Over recent years I’ve developed different bands in response to the types of events and clients we play for. Each have their own style and although several of the musicians are used across bands, each band still retains a distinct identity.
The music ranges from Americana and iconic Australian artists to contemporary pop to blues & roots to original material and traditional barn, square and bush dances for a hoedown. The instrumentation covers male & female vocals acoustic & electric guitars, bass, drums, violin, mandolin, harmonica, pedal steel, piano and piano accordion. The lineups go from stripped back acoustic duos and trios up to 4,5 and 6-piece bands with full production. The music, instrumentation, lineup and level of production is tailored to your event.

As a duo or trio, The Outliers strips the music back to acoustic roots but when the occasion suit ramps up to a full band to light up the night.
